Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare projects of varying scale through all phases of design and construction.
- Cook up coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project success.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining compliance with healthcare codes and standards.
- Oversee and contribute to the production of high-quality construction documents.
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative studio culture.
- Collaborate with multiple offices and team members.
Requirements
- Accredited degree in Architecture.
- 5–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in Florida based healthcare projects.
- Architectural licensure preferred.
- Strong project and client management experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with healthcare codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
