What's the Job?

Lead end-to-end technology project planning and execution for healthcare facility acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, and cost plans using ServiceNow SPM.

Cook up cross-functional workstreams across network engineering, telecom, facilities, and vendors.

Track and report project financials, including budgets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.

Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and lessons learned sessions to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Must have 5+ years of experience IT Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Experience managing complex projects involving network infrastructure, telecom, and clinical systems.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI and tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
