About the role

The Miller Hull Partnership is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. This role requires a professional degree in architecture, extensive experience, and a proven track record in sustainable operations and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of the entire project team in designing and developing concepts.
• Oversee specifications and construction documents, addressing complex design, technical, code, and entitlement issues.
• Structure project schedules, work plans, and workflow processes.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and project finances.
• Represent the practice with clients, fostering personal relationships and pursuing new projects.
• Present at external conferences to promote the practice's work and expertise.

Requirements

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 10-20 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
• Licensure in one or more jurisdictions.
• Experience in Sustainable Operations and Infrastructure projects.
• Specific work experience with Federal and State clients.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and share knowledge with team members.
• A refined design sensibility and capacity to produce compelling presentations and graphics.
• A commitment to pushing new design frontiers and contributing to intellectual capital.
