About the role
The Miller Hull Partnership is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. This role requires a professional degree in architecture, extensive experience, and a proven track record in sustainable operations and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Direct the work of the entire project team in designing and developing concepts.
- Oversee specifications and construction documents, addressing complex design, technical, code, and entitlement issues.
- Structure project schedules, work plans, and workflow processes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and project finances.
- Represent the practice with clients, fostering personal relationships and pursuing new projects.
- Present at external conferences to promote the practice's work and expertise.
Requirements
- A professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
- 10-20 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
- Licensure in one or more jurisdictions.
- Experience in Sustainable Operations and Infrastructure projects.
- Specific work experience with Federal and State clients.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and share knowledge with team members.
- A refined design sensibility and capacity to produce compelling presentations and graphics.
- A commitment to pushing new design frontiers and contributing to intellectual capital.
