About the role

The Miller Hull Partnership is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. This role requires a professional degree in architecture, extensive experience, and a proven track record in sustainable operations and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design lead and project executive to guide the project team.
• Oversee project specifications and construction documents.
• Structure project schedules and workflows.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and financials.
• Represent the practice with clients and pursue new projects.
• Present at conferences to promote the practice's work.

Requirements

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 10-20 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
• Licensure in one or more jurisdictions.
• Experience in Sustainable Operations and Infrastructure projects.
• Specific work experience with Federal and State clients.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Mentorship, personal encouragement, and knowledge sharing.
• A refined design sensibility and compelling presentation skills.
• A desire to contribute to intellectual capital.
• A commitment to pushing new design frontiers at the intersection of social equity and environmental sustainability.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in one or more of the practice areas.
• High level of engagement with work and a strong desire to innovate.
• Network of personal relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and professionals.

Pay

The base annual salary range for this position is between $123,000 and $143,000, with additional compensation for bonuses, profit-sharing, and other benefits.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible, allowing for remote work options and accommodating high performance and project needs.
