The Miller Hull Partnership is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. This role requires a professional degree in architecture, extensive experience, and a proven track record in sustainable operations and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design lead and project executive to guide the project team.
- Oversee project specifications and construction documents.
- Structure project schedules and workflows.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and financials.
- Represent the practice with clients and pursue new projects.
- Present at conferences to promote the practice's work.
Requirements
- A professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
- 10-20 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
- Licensure in one or more jurisdictions.
- Experience in Sustainable Operations and Infrastructure projects.
- Specific work experience with Federal and State clients.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Mentorship, personal encouragement, and knowledge sharing.
- A refined design sensibility and compelling presentation skills.
- A desire to contribute to intellectual capital.
- A commitment to pushing new design frontiers at the intersection of social equity and environmental sustainability.
Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the practice areas.
- High level of engagement with work and a strong desire to innovate.
- Network of personal relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and professionals.

Pay
The base annual salary range for this position is between $123,000 and $143,000, with additional compensation for bonuses, profit-sharing, and other benefits.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible, allowing for remote work options and accommodating high performance and project needs.
