Project Manager with 10-20 Years of Experience
About the role
The Miller Hull Partnership is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on projects of significant complexity. This role requires a professional degree in architecture, 10-20 years of post-graduate experience, and licensure in one or more jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Direct the work of the entire project team in designing and developing concepts.
- Oversee specifications and construction document development, addressing complex design, technical, code, and entitlement issues.
- Structure project schedules, work plans, and workflow.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and project finances.
- Represent the practice with clients and pursue new projects.
- Present at conferences to promote the practice's work and expertise.
Requirements
- A professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
- 10-20 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
- Licensure in one or more jurisdictions.
- Experience in Sustainable Operations and Infrastructure projects, and specific work experience with Federal and State clients.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and encourage team members.
- A refined design sensibility and capacity to produce compelling presentations, graphics, diagrams, and renderings.
- A commitment to pushing new design frontiers at the intersection of social equity and environmental sustainability.

Pay
The base annual salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $148,000 and includes the value of bonuses, profit-sharing, and other benefits.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible and allows for remote work options.
