About the role
In response to continued growth within our Water business, our team in Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help drive the development and expansion of our Water Business across the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and oversee the delivery of major water and wastewater treatment and linear infrastructure & conveyance projects for our valued clients.
- Lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact—ensuring excellence in every phase of project execution.
- Play a key role in business development, marketing strategies, and client engagement, with opportunities to shape win strategies and pricing for new work.
- Offer mentorship to team members, recruit top talent, and collaborate with leaders across the Southeast Region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure and/or treatment facilities (at least 5 years serving clients throughout Florida is a plus)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to develop, mentor and lead professional technical staff
- Business development, proposal preparation, and marketing skills preferred; flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines

Skills
- Knowledge of engineering standards and specifications
- Ability to analyze information and specify methods and process steps
- Experience in project management and contract management
- Strong client relationship management skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration and flexibility. You will be expected to join us in the office three days a week to contribute, connect, and excel in our vibrant environment.
