Responsibilities
- Manage municipal and industrial water treatment projects from RFQ through final closeout
- Review and markup engineering drawings and specifications
- Develop and submit bid packages, including materials, labor, and third-party services
- Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
- Coordinate equipment procurement, vendor lead times, and submittal approvals
- Schedule and coordinate service technician resources for project installation, startup, and commissioning
- Communicate progress, changes, and issues to business unit leadership and customers
- Prepare, review, and process change orders
- Maintain project documentation, including submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, closeout packages, and warranty records
- Work with Inside and Outside Sales teams for project handoff and order entry
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for project meetings
Qualifications
- Experience managing water treatment projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications
- Ability to develop and submit comprehensive bid packages
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of equipment procurement and vendor processes
- Experience with change order management
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
