What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects (stormwater, flood mitigation, stream restoration, watershed planning)
- Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term client relationships
- Develop scopes, budgets, and project schedules
- Manage project performance to ensure delivery on time and on budget
- Oversee hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality analyses
- Coincide multidisciplinary teams across Water Resources, Wastewater, and Potable Water
- Influence business development and growth opportunities
- Lead and mentor project teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- ~10+ years of experience in water resources or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong project management experience (scope, budget, schedule)
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Background in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and master planning preferred
