Project Manager - Water Division

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Water Division in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision, and personnel management.
• Oversee project start‑up, execution, and close‑out processes.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Accurately forecast costs for job completion.
• Provide leadership and development to the project team.
• Make final decisions in problem resolution.
• Develop and enforce Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
• Identify issues to the Program Manager as required to ensure project success.
• Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost‑to‑complete estimates.
• Ensure construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed.
• Coordinate with the Safety Manager to meet safety goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing construction teams.
• Proven success in client relationships.
• Specific roles may require relocation.
