Project Manager - Water Division

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Water Division in Columbus, OH. Walsh Project Managers organize and initiate structure while remaining flexible, building lasting infrastructure and relationships, empowering responsibility, and holding themselves accountable for profitability and business outcomes. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls, including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision, and personnel management.
• Oversee project start‑up, execution, and close‑out processes.
• Develop strategies for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Accurately forecast costs for job completion.
• Provide leadership and development to the project team.
• Make final decisions in problem resolution.
• Develop and enforce Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
• Identify issues to the Program Manager as required to ensure project success.
• Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost‑to‑complete estimates.
• Ensure construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed.
• Coordinate with the Safety Manager to meet safety goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing construction teams.
• Proven success in client relationships.
• Specific roles may require relocation.
