Project Manager - Visual Merchandising Production

About the role

This position ensures smooth execution of day-to-day marketing and production workflows during a team member's maternity leave. The role involves managing 2D production for North America store rollouts to meet quality standards, budgets, and timing.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2D production for North America store rollouts, including building briefs, field requests, releasing distros, and mechanicals.
• Provide distribution and mechanical files for production.
• Support seasonal campaign rollouts via rendering and versioning.
• Partner with North America/Global/Sales teams on 2D strategy and timelines to create distribution lists for vendors.
• Respond to and fulfill marketing field requests.
• Manage the development and organization of marketing briefs.
• Maintain and organize project details using Excel and internal tracking tools.
• Manage production timelines and asset delivery in coordination with the team.
• Provide support for the installation of graphics, windows, and pop-ups, including quality control of installation and fabrication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in Visual Production, Marketing, and/or a Creative Project Management role with a focus on retail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience managing marketing or creative production teams.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short timelines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Some lifting required.
