Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal visual merchandising updates and new store-opening initiatives for shop-in-shop environments, including file turnover, art and video guides, testers, instruction sheets, and repair and maintenance needs.
- Manage end-to-end operations, development, and execution of secondary visual merchandising placements across domestic and international retail partners.
- Cook up projects involving fixtures, focal displays, outposts, launch pads, endcaps, towers, and other in-store merchandising formats.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, production schedules, milestone trackers, and launch calendars across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Partner closely with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, regional teams, and external vendors to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain a departmental calendar for global permanent and secondary placements, including estimated launch dates, production deadlines, and market-specific requirements.
- Manage vendor communication, including briefing partners, tracking production status, reviewing samples and proofs, and resolving issues that may affect delivery or installation timelines.
- Cook up visual merchandising toolkits, installation guides, fixture drawings, planograms, and field communications.
- Support new retail door openings, renovations, and refreshes by coordinating fixture orders, graphics, product testers, installation materials, and field readiness.
- Track project budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and production expenses in partnership with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement; proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support implementation of software platforms by gathering, organizing, and maintaining fixture, product, and template drawings for initial setup and ongoing use.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, asset trackers, and post-launch recaps.
- Ensure all visual merchandising materials and executions reflect brand standards, retailer requirements, and regional market needs.
Requirements
- Experience managing visual merchandising, retail operations, store design, fixture development, or retail marketing projects.
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with retail partners, field teams, external production vendors, fabricators, and installation partners.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working across domestic and international markets and adapting to evolving business priorities.
- Proficiency with project-management tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation software; experience with retail planning, design, or asset-management platforms is a plus.
