Project Manager V

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop client relationships for future opportunities
• Facilitate clear communication of design and construction issues to clients
• Participate in business development activities alongside Marketing and Office Leadership
• Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations and scope of work
• Manage project teams to achieve quality, budget, and schedule objectives
• Conduct risk management and compliance activities
• Implement best practices and software tools to enhance service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field required
• Minimum of 10 years related experience required
• Preferred experience working on healthcare projects
• Capable of managing single or multiple projects
• Licensure or registration in the United States preferred
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Advanced knowledge in discipline with strong business acumen
