Project Manager_ Transmission & Substation
About the role
We're looking for a Project Manager_ Transmission & Substation on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of project plans with focus on execution, cost, and schedule
- Cookordination multidisciplinary teams including Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement (ISC), Engineering, and Operations
- Manage integration across scope, schedule, and budget
- Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services
- Support Estimating with detailed scope and assumptions for financial models
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide progress, issue, and risk updates to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience 2 years to 5 years
- Experience managing projects >$100MM
- Strong project management
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, and cost
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to travel (~25%)
