You will contribute to meaningful projects that enhance performance, optimize cost, and support a more sustainable energy system.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical R&D and product development projects
• Plan and execute initiatives from concept to industrialization
• Cook up cross-functional teams across regional sites
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets
• Monitor progress and manage risks proactively
• Drive alignment between engineering, factories, and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to quality and project management standards
• Support continuous improvement and change management efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in R&D, engineering, or product development environments
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Able to manage complexity across multiple teams and locations
