Cyient, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of various projects within Texas, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Manage and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and achievements.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and according to schedule, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or changes effectively.
- Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and other documentation to senior management.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel within Texas as required.
