Project Manager Texas

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead startup and commissioning of air- and water-cooled chillers in data centers
• Develop and manage project plans to meet schedules and budgets
• Track and review project KPIs to ensure success
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders regarding design and schedules
• Ensure projects meet profit margin goals
• Coordinate ordering and tracking of chiller parts for warranty execution

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years in project management or 4+ years in mechanical installation, building automation, electrical installation, or construction
• 2+ years experience reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical system documents
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering preferred
• PMP and/or LEED certification is a plus
• Data center experience with chillers is advantageous

Pay

$96,000 – $192,000 annually
