Project Manager (Tenant Interiors)

As a Project Manager specializing in Tenant Interior projects you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' needs are met and our projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients' needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the company's continued success.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, retail, and office construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 per year
