Project Manager (Interiors)

About the role

Leading GC in New York renowned for working on high end commercial interior & fit out projects are actively looking to speak with experienced Sr Project Managers about an exciting new role that has opened within the team. The GC are able to provide job security, a broad scope of interiors projects to work on and personal professional growth. We are looking for an experienced Sr Project Manager who will play an important role in overseeing a project from early stages through to completion and handover, managing budgets, working closely with the clients & building trusting relations and keeping projects inline with expectations. As a Sr Project Manager you will lead and motivate project teams and keep projects running in line with industry standards, notifying the business on problems, delays, risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, plus annual bonus.
