You will oversee the timely procurement, approval, and delivery of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to the jobsite, working independently or leading a project team with Choate’s tools and support.

  • Prioritize safety, partnering with Superintendents and safety leaders to ensure every worker goes home safely each day.
  • Manage contracts and risk, understanding key terms, executing subcontracts thoughtfully, and escalating issues to protect the project and company.
  • Contribute during preconstruction, shaping logistics and execution plans, and building relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Bring structure and urgency to project execution, planning schedules, procuring materials and trades, addressing issues early, and supporting the field team.
  • Manage project finances with discipline, converting estimates into executable budgets, tracking costs and forecasts, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.
