About the role

We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA, to help connect America. This role involves managing change order work completion, generating revenue, timely scheduling, responding to customer issues, maintaining databases, coordinating with municipalities, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage change order work completion process ensuring pre-approval and avoiding overextension.
  • Generate revenue with positive expected margins for the company.
  • Timely scheduling of workload, reporting job forecasts, interfacing with customers for appropriate scheduling and employee assignments.
  • Timely and accurate response to customer technical problems and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Ensure key issues of cost, time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain company databases and ensure accuracy.
  • Responsible for cross-functional coordination with construction operations to align build schedules with customer priorities.
  • Review and implement key performance metrics.
  • Maintain safe working conditions according to regulations.
  • Handle customer escalations and roadblocks.

Requirements

  • Two years of wireline outside plant construction project management experience.
  • Proven customer-facing project management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and systems like Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word.
  • Strong data manipulation skills.
  • Effective communication with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Able to accurately forecast work 90 days in advance.
  • Effective management of construction crew workload.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work flexible hours, typically 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, based on region and customer needs.
