What's the Job?
Cook up across Priority Cohort leaders and workstream owners to manage intake, planning, and status updates for initiatives. Establish and maintain a consistent project framework, including templates, milestones, and governance artifacts. Create and deliver leadership-ready portfolio reports, scorecards, and narratives to support decision-making. Provide hands-on project management support to ensure initiatives stay on track, including dependency and risk management. Facilitate governance forums, document decisions, and enable project leaders with coaching and support.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on multi-stream initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in portfolio reporting and executive communication
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams for reporting and documentation
- Strong facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing risks, dependencies, and project artifacts
About the Role
This is a Program/Portfolio Manager contract supporting the Global AI Business Solutions Customer Success (GSA) organization. The role is less about managing one individual project and more about building and running a Project Management Office (PMO)-style function that keeps dozens of initiatives organized, on schedule, and visible to leadership.
