About the Role

The Line PM Leader is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling, Breakdown Elimination, and Defect Handling systems to ensure efficient maintenance operations within their area. They serve as a key member of the site PM Pillar Team, focusing on reducing downtime, building team capability, and delivering high-quality, safe maintenance using IWS tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work; review notifications within 24 hours.
• Manage work order backlog, ensure 90% planned maintenance, and update technical documentation.
• Lead failure analysis to eliminate repeat breakdowns and standardize improvement activities.
• Track, report, and analyze maintenance metrics to assess equipment reliability and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement plans, driving root cause analysis and loss elimination.
• Champion change management procedures, ensure accurate technical documentation, and coordinate with stores for parts management.
• Coach team members on IWS methodologies to optimize maintenance effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and failure analysis.
• Strong understanding of maintenance systems, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in IWS tools and methodologies, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead teams, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
