About the Role

The Line PM Leader is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling, Breakdown Elimination, and Defect Handling Systems within their area. They ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities, reduce equipment breakdowns, and build team capability using IWS tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize maintenance work to ensure efficient execution.
• Manage work orders and analyze failures to prevent future issues.
• Standardize maintenance procedures and track key maintenance metrics.
• Develop improvement plans and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach team members on defect elimination and ensure accurate technical documentation.
• Foster collaboration with stores and engineering teams for optimal maintenance performance.
