Responsibilities

A typical day might include:

• Supervision of field operations and technical staff for construction services
• Review of construction drawings and preparation of construction staking proposals
• Survey calculations, analysis, and quality control
• Updating job’s progress to contractors, developers, and home builders
• Assigning and managing projects and workload
• Determining billing and revenue
• Maintaining client relations

Requirements

• Professional Licensed Surveyor (required education/license/certification)
• 5-10 years of work experience
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Civil3D and Trimble Business Center
