Project Manager/Superintendent

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from award to closeout, ensuring profitability and project success.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Oversee procurement, fabrication, and erection timelines
• Lead communication between detailing, fabrication, and field teams
• Ensure steel materials, fabrication, and installation meet project requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and reporting
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in structural steel or miscellaneous metals
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection processes, and project flow
• Ability to read and interpret structural and shop drawings
• Background in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (plus)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and project documentation tools
• Proficiency with Tekla and Trimble

Pay

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
