Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee a compliance platform transition for a senior care organization. This long-term contract position offers part-time flexibility, starting at 5 hours per week with the potential to increase to 10-15 hours as needed. Based in Denver, Colorado, the role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transition from an existing compliance platform to a new system, ensuring all tasks and timelines are met.
• Coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with a high level of attention to detail.
• Provide regular updates on project status, addressing potential risks and roadblocks proactively.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure clarity and collaboration.
• Utilize project management tools such as Atlassian Jira to monitor and report on progress.
• Offer hands-on support during the implementation process, helping resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and accessible for stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically with software or platform transitions.
• Strong proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and IT project management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to track tasks, timelines, and dependencies with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
• Experience with software implementations and managing cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance, risk, or ethics platforms is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience with Convercent is a plus but not mandatory.
