Responsibilities

  • Lead project activities related to infrastructure rollout efforts and expansion of compute environments.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply Scrum practices to keep teams organized, focused, and moving toward delivery goals.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to align project objectives and resolve issues quickly.
  • Administer Jira workflows by monitoring intake, refining backlogs, and helping teams prioritize incoming work.
  • Build and maintain project plans that track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and target completion dates.
  • Produce regular status updates, performance dashboards, and KPI reporting to support visibility and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline request handling and improve queue management for infrastructure-related work.
  • Encourage effective coordination among teams responsible for data center, server, and compute resource deployments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing IT projects with a focus on infrastructure or technical delivery environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology, including experience supporting or serving in a Scrum leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and how they relate to project planning and execution.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for backlog oversight, workflow management, and reporting.
  • PMP certification or comparable project management credential is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, internal partners, and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proven skill in tracking timelines, deliverables, metrics, and project performance across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
