  • At least 5 years of project management experience leading technical or IT-centered initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with teams in areas such as applications, infrastructure, systems, data, cloud, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong hands-on ability with Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, reporting, and executive-level dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Proven success managing several concurrent projects in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred, and prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly valued.

Benefits

  • Medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
  • Eligibility to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.
