About the role

The role is designed to lead the end-to-end development and implementation of logistics solutions for Contract Logistics. This includes solution design, costing, customer presentation and full project implementation. The position combines technical solution engineering with project management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements, RFQ data, and tender documentation
  • Analyze complex data structures to identify dependencies and design efficient, realistic, and scalable processes
  • Create warehouse layouts, process flows, and infrastructure concepts using calculation tools, CAD tools, and MS Office products
  • Prepare cost calculations, pricing models, commercial assumptions, and business cases for new solutions and proposals
  • Present developed solutions to internal stakeholders and customers, and support sales during acquisition and implementation phases
  • Lead or coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and align sub-projects to ensure smooth execution from planning to go-live
  • Identify risks, manage timelines and deliverables, and initiate corrective actions throughout all project phases, including ramp-up and stabilization
  • Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, tools, and analyses as requested by management
  • Support operations by translating data into practical solutions and driving continuous improvement across Contract Logistics sites

Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, solution design, and/or Contract Logistics / 3PL operations
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into practical and implementable solutions
  • Proven experience in cost calculations, financial modelling, and developing business cases for logistics solutions
  • Project management experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and delivering complex end-to-end implementations
  • Very good practical knowledge of MS Office products; experience with calculation tools and CAD tools is an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, especially in customer-facing situations
  • Fluent in English and Polish; German is an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality, initiative, and willingness to travel for long-term project assignments across Poland
