Engineer - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Champions a corporate culture emphasizing transparency, integrity, safety, environmental responsibility, employee development, diversity and inclusion, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Executes large capital projects (> $1M) following prescribed project management governance and procedures.
• Understands the project's impact on the company and aligns with business drivers.
• Coordinates activities across multiple business lines to ensure a successful project deliverable.
• Learns and applies specialized or complex processes and activities.
• Manages and resolves project issues across various situations.
• Conducts project accountability meetings with management using P6 to update and explain project status.
• Leads customer meetings with project sponsors/asset owners to update them on project status and address any changes or issues.
• Provides oversight and guidance to team members performing single or multiple tasks.
• Leads and facilitates team meetings, accountability meetings, and customer meetings as needed to meet stakeholder needs.
• Considers future implications beyond immediate problems and works under moderate supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET approved curriculum or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with NCEES certification to sit for the FE exam.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of leading practices for their practice area.
• Excellent planning skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in functioning effectively within a team environment and presenting ideas and opinions respectfully and collegially.
• FE license preferred.
