Project Manager, Software Operations (12-month Term)

About the role

Nuro is seeking an experienced engineer to join our team. This role will play a key part in Nuro's transition from delivering food and packages to licensing its autonomous technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain autonomous driving software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous systems into vehicles
• Contribute to the design and implementation of safety protocols
• Work on optimizing vehicle performance and reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in autonomous vehicle development
• Strong understanding of computer vision, sensor fusion, and machine learning
• Experience with C++, Python, and ROS (Robot Operating System)

Qualifications

• Passionate about autonomous driving technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficiency in C++ and Python
• Knowledge of computer vision and sensor fusion techniques
• Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System)
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms

Pay

$150,000 - $200,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
