Project Manager - Small Group

Location: Kansas City, Missouri (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a platform migration for Small Group, Government, and Individual Sales. This role will lead and coordinate Small Group migration efforts, managing affiliation and integration activities to ensure key milestones and deliverables remain on track. The position is critical for maintaining momentum across sales-related migration efforts and reducing risks to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Small Group migration efforts, including integration activities, broker experience, sales tools, training, and customer experience.
• Support Government and Individual Sales migration activities.
• Manage integration work plans and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee broker experience initiatives such as broker portals and sales tools.
• Ensure key milestones and deliverables remain on track.
• Work with brokers and potentially agents as part of the migration process.
