Project Manager, Service Delivery

Role Overview

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
• Cook up coordination with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle.
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes.
• Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.
• Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.
• Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with carriers.
• Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
• Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
• Able to document dependencies and priorities clearly
• Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources

Pay

The pay range for this role is: $50,000 - $90,000 USD per year (United States).
