Project Manager | Senior Project Manager (Contract to Hire)

About the role

Our client is seeking both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their Professional Services team and lead enterprise technology and infrastructure initiatives for a diverse client base. Candidates will be considered for either the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level based on their experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through successful completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Cook up internal teams, clients, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, action items, and change requests.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project health.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Support technology implementation, infrastructure deployment, cloud migration, solutions integration, and data center initiatives.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to established project management processes.
• Build strong relationships with clients while serving as a trusted point of contact throughout project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing technology, infrastructure, networking, cloud, or enterprise IT projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Experience creating project documentation, schedules, status reports, and meeting documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard project management software.
• Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
• PMP certification or progress toward certification.
• Experience managing digital transformation, cloud migration, networking, telecommunications, infrastructure modernization, solutions integration, or data center projects.
• Consulting or Professional Services experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
