What You’ll Do

Manage senior living, retirement community, multifamily, and occupied commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
Oversee daily project execution, field coordination, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and internal communication.
Review plans, scopes, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Coordinate with facility directors, executive directors, marketing teams, residents, staff, subcontractors, and internal team members.
Maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets, updates, and documentation.
Use Microsoft 365, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and internal systems to track work and communicate clearly.
Lead field crews and subcontractors while maintaining a clean, professional, resident-sensitive jobsite.
Help identify scope gaps, project risks, schedule issues, and client concerns before they become larger problems.
Collaborate with other PMs and team members to share knowledge, solve problems, and keep projects moving.
Represent A & G with professionalism, humility, and a strong client-service mindset.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial, multifamily, senior living, hospitality, occupied-site, renovation, or related construction projects.
  • Strong ability to read plans, scopes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, crews, vendors, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with clients, field teams, vendors, and internal leadership.
  • Professional presence and client-facing confidence.
  • Able to work in active senior living or occupied environments with care, respect, and attention to cleanliness.
  • Collaborative, coachable, team-first working style.
  • Comfortable learning A & G’s specific process and adapting to how the company successfully serves its clients.
  • Able to travel between Bay Area project sites, especially the Los Gatos, Cupertino/Sunnyvale, and Palo Alto corridor.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with senior living, assisted living, retirement communities, multifamily, hospitality, or occupied commercial properties.
  • Background with unit turns, renovations, concrete, waterproofing, balconies, structural repairs, or site improvement work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is helpful but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and construction project management tools.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000–$120,000+ annual salary, depending on experience.

Skills

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $100,000–$120,000+, with performance-based bonuses available. Compensation is determined based on experience and qualifications.
