Project Manager, Senior IT Consultant

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements for Alfa System
• Devise solutions and ensure successful delivery and implementation of the Alfa Systems solution for each client
• Schedule work, gather requirements, process design, investigate software defects, integration design, and assign responsibilities
• Mentor and conduct performance reviews for junior consultants on the team
• Manage an implementation stream on a client project, including use of Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Assist clients with identification of changes required following the adoption of a feature in Alfa
• Document internal best practices and client process procedures
• Prepare and deliver training sessions and presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering, or related field
• 2 years of experience as a Junior Consultant, Consultant Analyst, or related role
• 2 years of experience in the automotive, equipment finance industries, or related finance sectors
• Experience with SQL queries, including the ability to craft complete SQL statements over different RDBMS such as Oracle Database and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Postman, Insomnia, SAP, and JSON
• Deep understanding of the asset financing industry, client business processes, and usage of lending industry enterprise software systems
