Senior IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Manage project teams to ensure timely and quality completion of all project activities.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and sponsors.
- Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and adhere to established processes.
- Handle changes to project scope, schedule, or budget with proper documentation and approvals.
- Close out projects efficiently, ensuring all deliverables are completed and objectives met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-10 years of project management experience, including managing finance system projects.
- Experience with at least 5 full project lifecycles, preferably with multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in using project planning and management tools (e.g., Planview).
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and address challenges.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to tasks.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
