Project Manager Security

Responsibilities

• Ensure direct and indirect reports meet company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis
• Develop and implement training materials; regional processes and procedures
• Lead strategic projects; direct the work of regional management; establish and delegate deadlines
• Develop and support the implementation of performance improvement plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Partner with regional leaders to complete client-based projects, identifying areas for improvement
• Create, track, and maintain various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports utilizing internal systems and dashboards
• Provide administrative support as assigned by the region, to include submitting travel arrangements, printing, copying, processing invoices and submitting expense reports
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as requested

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following:
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• An associate’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative management experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of administrative management experience
• Administrative management experience in an office setting
• Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize multiple systems and applications
• Ability to work with new or existing presentations to create and deliver appealing, persuasive, and effective presentations
• Demonstrated problem-solving, confidence, and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metrics
• Able to prioritize workload based on urgency; able to delegate time-sensitive tasks and communicate to a range of audiences including to executive management
