Project Manager (SAAS Implementation)

About the Role

The Project Manager in PSI’s Project Management team oversees end-to-end project management for general client implementations, including scoping, design, and execution. This is a permanent, remote role with flexible working hours, requiring core availability Monday through Friday. Occasional travel may be needed for meetings, workshops, or delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for client implementations.
• Scope project requirements and develop detailed project plans, monitoring progress throughout.
• Implement features and functions using PSI applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop projects.
• Deliver projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
• Maintain and monitor stakeholder management plans for internal and external teams.
• Identify and proactively resolve potential risks or issues.
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven project management experience.
• Proficiency in web-based project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS (preferred).
• Extensive stakeholder management experience.
• Certification in Prince2, PMP, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with onboarding, migrating, or implementing SaaS platforms.
• Experience in the testing industry or with assessment delivery platforms (a plus).
• Experience working with distributed teams.

Pay

$115,000 per year.
