Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts
• Coordinate with field teams and Superintendents
• Manage subcontractor buyout, scope review, and performance
• Conduct client meetings and maintain strong customer relationships
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Retail, grocery, tenant improvement, or special projects experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen and cost control skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Pay

$120,000 - $140,000 per year
