About the Role
Manage restoration and masonry projects from planning through completion. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation. Coordinate with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and financial objectives. Support multiple projects ranging from $2M to $40M in value.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of construction project management experience
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven restoration project experience
- Strong masonry project background
- Effective communicator with a collaborative team-first mindset
