Project Manager (Concrete/Masonry Restoration)

We build ground-up structures in a variety of markets including Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Municipal, Senior Living, Special Projects and more. With a focus on quality over quantity work, we have founded our business on building deep relationships with our clients, team members, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects within the Concrete/Masonry Restoration Division.
• Lead projects from initiation to close, including hiring subcontractors and working with vendors.
• Track inventory of equipment and materials.
• Ensure knowledge of regulations, permits, and project management methodology.
• Work well with others, stay highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with Concrete Restoration projects.

Pay

$90,000 - $140,000 per year
