Concrete Restoration Project Manager
Complete oversight of repair & restoration projects
Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent/Foreman to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget;
investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Manage self perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting.
Attend project meetings
Develop client relationships, resolve client issues
Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
Ensure permitting and compliance with local ordinance
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience within concrete or concrete restoration or an equivalent level of education combined with experience.
- Knowledge of construction project management software.
- Familiarity with Procore is ideal.
- Previous experience with self perform management strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related degree is preferred.
