Project Manager - Residential Land Development

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic group of technical professionals – engineers and technical support.
• Engage in the proposal and client agreement development and execution.
• Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders.
• Coordinate project tasks, budgets and schedules to respect client timelines.
• Support the professional development of each project team member.
• Develop and maintain company design and production standards.
• Seek guidance from other leaders and be open to suggestions.
• Participate in community activities and professional associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the State of Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of land development design experience (commercial, residential, industrial).
• Experience managing teams and clients for the completion of land development design projects.
• Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices.
• Ability to coach and learn from leadership team.
• Willingness to identify and develop new client partnerships.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders.
