Project Manager – Residential Exterior Remodeling - VA

What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-installation inspections to verify job readiness, confirm project scope, and ensure all materials and site conditions are prepared for installation.
• Cook up installation schedules by ensuring crews, subcontractors, and materials arrive on time and projects stay on track.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
• Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure quality standards are met, address punch list items, and confirm customer satisfaction.
• Collect final payments and complete all required project closeout documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records, including job notes, photos, change orders, and customer communications, while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience from start to finish.

What You Bring

• A valid driver's license and comfort driving between job sites
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• A positive attitude and the confidence to lead
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and project management tools
• Experience in construction, project coordination, or remodeling is a plus — but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you

Schedule & Location

• Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays
• Based in Virginia — in-person role
