We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and interior construction projects ranging from approximately $2M to $20M across multiple commercial sectors. This individual will be responsible for driving project success from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining client relationships, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established construction management firm with more than three decades of success delivering projects across a variety of commercial markets. Known for its collaborative culture and hands-on leadership team, the company is experiencing continued growth and regional expansion.DescriptionLead multiple construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction and planning through completion.Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, procurement activities, and overall project execution.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality expectations.Collaborate closely with field teams, superintendents, and company leadership to drive successful outcomes.Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Monitor project financial performance, cost forecasting, and risk management activities.Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.Support projects throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.Work on a diverse portfolio including automotive dealerships, retail, hospitality, life science, academic, and corporate interior projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
