About the role
We Elevate... Quality of urban lifeJoin us as a Project Manager - Large Projects. Your main responsibilities include supporting Major Projects sales efforts, leading the transition of large projects through financial award, driving project handoff from award → engineering → supply chain, partnering closely with Project Managers throughout engineering and procurement, identifying process gaps, establishing best practices based on lessons learned, managing the national installation resource schedule for major projects, and overseeing major project assets.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in quotation management, Cadre, and major project costing - Strong resource planning and coordination skills - Demonstrated ability to lead complex project transitions across multiple stages (award, engineering, supply chain) - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Project Managers, to resolve issues proactively - Track record of improving processes and implementing best practices - Experience managing installation resources and project-related assets at scaleSkills & Expertise
- Strong business acumen with solid project management and capacity planning experience - Proven ability to manage internal processes and drive efficiency - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required) - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and Lotus NotesAdditional Strengths
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels and diverse teams - Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners - Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving - Willingness to travel domestically as neededPay
Base Salary $113,400 - $141,700Schedule
Fully vested 401k match, up to 7% of total eligible compensation.Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Effective from first day of hire.
3 weeks’ vacation which increases with tenure, 7 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 8 Company Observed Holidays.
Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service.
Parental Leave – 100% base pay for 6 consecutive weeks within first year of a child’s birth or adoption.
