Role Description

We are looking to hire a full-time Project Manager Repairs that will pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with customers. Project Manager Repairs are responsible for professionally and effectively addressing customer concerns and follow through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to provide customer service for our customers and support and direct the team as needed.
• Effectively communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Act as secondary representative to clients.
• Provide metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload.

Requirements

• All collections on projects.
• Attend weekly WIP meetings.
• Ensure subcontractor invoices are turned in upon completion of their work.
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software.
• Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries is preferred.
• Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Physical Environment

Daily travel is required, must be able to commute daily to customer locations and on-site projects. May be in non-climate-controlled environments and may be in office environments. Noise level in the work environment can be moderate to loud.
