We need a Project Manager who turns signed contracts into finished kitchens, bathrooms, basements and decks: on time, on budget, and done right. House Doctors is a leading nationwide franchise in the home repair and remodel industry. Our St Peters, MO location has served St. Charles County, West County and St. Louis County for 18+ years. House Doctors is a professional handyman service company specializing in both home repairs and full remodel jobs in St Charles county and West County areas. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on variety of home repair and full remodel projects such as carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, flooring, decks, fence, small siding repairs, bath and kitchen remodels, etc.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple jobs at a time, from contract to close-out
• Take over from sales, conduct pre-construction site visits and confirm measurements
• Plan schedules, order materials coordinate deliveries
• Handle permits, zoning and inspections
• Direct crews and subcontractors day to day on the jobs you manage
• Ensure quality through out project build
• Keep homeowners informed and manage change orders
• Keep every job on budget

Requirements

• Result driven professional with 7+ years in residential remodeling, 2+ supervising as PM
• Hands-on trade experience, detail oriented, and organized
• Local permit and code knowledge
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills
• Proficient with CRM, Excel, Apps, other software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Qualifications

• Kitchen, bath, basement finishing, or deck experience
• OSHA, Lead-Safe (RRP) certification
• Physical requirements: walk job sites, climb ladders, work in basements and outdoors, and lift up to 50 lb.

Pay

Total pay of about $85K to $120K for a proven PM. Base salary: $70,000 to $95,000 depending on experience + performance bonus. Compensation range: $70,000.00 - $120,000.0
